📅 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging

💸 No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Eligible returns qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

🔁 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return
  3. Our support team will provide you with return instructions

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by our error
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo proof of the issue. Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement
  • A full refund

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

If you have not received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
